Shipping Executive – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Shipping Executive to manage end‑to‑end shipment processes for our clients in Singapore. The role is based in an air‑conditioned office and offers a one‑year fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and shipment processing.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, tag lists, inspection forms and shipping instructions.
• Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange bookings, obtain Certificates of Origin, CCP and other export paperwork.
• Apply for and process CITES permits and re‑export documentation.
• Schedule cargo collections and flight bookings according to customer requirements.
• Provide shipment updates and pre‑alerts to customers and maintain accurate tracking records.
• Release re‑export CITES documents, tags and pick lists to the Packing Department.
• Handle ad‑hoc dispatches and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to interact with internal departments, freight forwarders and customers.
• Familiarity with export documentation and CITES permit procedures.

• Competitive monthly salary of SGD 3,000–3,500.
• Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm with a one‑hour unpaid lunch break.
