Shop Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Shop Sales Assistant to join our retail team. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, maintain a professional image, and help create an inviting store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and make appropriate product recommendations.
• Perform housekeeping duties and replenish stock as needed.
• Manage merchandise and assist with visual displays.
• Ensure the company’s image is portrayed positively at all times.

Required profile

• Service‑oriented with superb presentation skills.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to work a roster based on retail hours (10 am‑10 pm, 6 days a week with one weekday off).
