Site Activation Specialist (7 Months Contract)

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Site Activation Specialist for a 7-month contract. Working under moderate supervision, you will carry out feasibility, site identification, regulatory, start-up and maintenance activities for investigative sites at regional or country level, in line with regulations, SOPs and project requirements. You will act as the primary point of contact for sites and prepare and manage site documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage site documentation, and review and negotiate site documents and contracts with sites and sponsors
• Maintain, review and report on site performance metrics, and ensure contracts are fully executed
• Establish project timelines and track completion of required documents for each site
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned studies, working closely with the Site Activation Manager, the Project Management team and other departments
• Review documents for completeness, consistency and accuracy under the guidance of senior staff
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal team members, and update internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans
• Follow up on the approval and execution of documents such as questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory and ethics documents, the Informed Consent Form (ICF) and Investigator Pack release documents

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
• 1-3 years of clinical research or other relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• 3 years' experience in a healthcare environment or equivalent combination
• Advanced knowledge within a specific discipline, typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education
