Site Administrator

About the role

The Site Administrator provides essential administrative support for daily site operations, ensuring smooth communication between the construction site and headquarters. This role is pivotal for accurate reporting, attendance tracking, and material coordination across all project locations in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls, receive and direct visitors.
• Collect and verify workers' job cards twice monthly for submission to HQ.
• Submit daily staff attendance and manpower reports to HQ.
• Monitor daily attendance and leave records for staff and workers.
• Update and submit CTQ nominal roll for worker check‑in/out.
• Order materials, follow up on deliveries and keep the site team informed.
• Collect, sign, scan delivery orders/invoices weekly and forward originals to HQ.
• Submit daily diesel usage to the purchaser.
• Perform general administrative and ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum O Level education.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Friendly, can‑do attitude and strong team‑player mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Permanent employment.
• Salary range SGD 2,200‑2,800 per month.
• Island‑wide posting with a 5.5‑day work week (alternate Saturdays).
