Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Site Engineer to join our construction team across Singapore. You will be responsible for managing site activities, liaising with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and conduct site surveys as required.
• Develop detailed designs and proposals for clients.
• Plan and schedule works in line with contractual timelines.
• Handle daily operational matters and oversee engineering design and drawings.
• Coordinate project documentation, perform site inspections, and prepare reports, budgets, contracts, and risk assessments.
• Participate in progress meetings and coordinate handover of completed projects with all relevant documentation.
• Submit tenders, material costing, and contracts to secure optimal deals.

Required profile

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s or Post‑Graduate degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, regulatory requirements, and building codes.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Class 3/3A driving licence preferred.
