About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Site Engineer to join our construction team. This entry‑level position is open to fresh graduates and offers the opportunity to oversee on‑site activities, ensure project schedules are met, and maintain high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee construction activities and monitor progress against the master and detailed work programmes.
- Plan, implement and track work to ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards.
- Liaise with the Professional Engineer on temporary works and coordinate technical issues with consultants (QPS).
- Coordinate site activities with subcontractors and provide guidance to supervisors.
- Maintain quality standards, conduct site inspections and resolve technical problems promptly.
- Prepare reports, method statements and other documentation as required.
- Manage and monitor workers to keep the site safe, organized and efficient.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
