Site Engineer

About the role

The company is seeking a Site Engineer to support the Project Manager in supervising and managing construction sites. The role involves coordinating technical and managerial aspects of projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with site supervision and daily operations.
• Plan, schedule, forecast, and coordinate technical and management activities.
• Control material and labour costs and monitor project budgets.
• Coordinate and review engineering deliverables.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitor progress with main and sub‑contractors.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and agencies to ensure successful project implementation.
• Resolve construction issues promptly and effectively.
• Act as quality control and assurance to meet project objectives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation.
• Implement safe work procedures and manage risk.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• BCA‑recognized degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in civil engineering, earthworks, or related construction activities.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to start work on short notice.
