Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join LENG WEE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. and oversee day‑to‑day site activities across Singapore. Reporting to the Director, you will ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor site works to guarantee compliance with drawings, specifications and project timelines.
• Lead and supervise site teams of up to 25 personnel, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and relevant government agencies such as LTA, BCA, HDB and PUB.
• Handle on‑site technical matters including measurements, shop‑drawing reviews and resolution of construction issues.
• Prepare and review Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures, progress reports and other required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, conduct Toolbox Meetings and enforce safe work practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in civil engineering, infrastructure or construction projects; experience with LTA, HDB or PUB projects is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong problem‑solving, coordination and leadership abilities, capable of managing multiple site responsibilities.
• Willingness to work a 6‑day week and day or night shifts as required.
