Site Foreman – Building Construction

About the role

The Site Foreman will support the Deputy Project Manager and Project Manager in overseeing all on‑site activities related to building works such as formwork, concrete, rebar and reinforcement. This role ensures that construction tasks are executed according to specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction drawings before distributing information to subcontractors and workers.
• Lead crews in executing basement lean concrete, preparing for formwork and rebar installation.
• Inspect and supervise the casting of basement slabs, walls and columns.
• Maintain housekeeping and enforce safety provisions on the site.
• Assist in daily manpower and resource scheduling, track man‑hours and resolve site issues.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment to keep the project on schedule.
• Prepare and submit daily allocation sheets and manage material orders from store.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building engineering or construction site supervision.
• Strong familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and detail interpretation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with subcontractors, suppliers and project managers.
