Site Lead - Facilities Management, Singapore

About the role

JLL is hiring a Site Lead for Singapore, responsible for running a key client site from day-to-day facility services through team leadership, vendor performance and financial stewardship. The role acts as the main link between the client, internal stakeholders and the wider portfolio, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on work on office moves, space planning, risk management and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer and stakeholder engagement so client expectations are met on site
• Maintain compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and local regulations, with accurate reporting and quick resolution of issues
• Oversee facility budgets, track variances and support financial recovery
• Manage the full lifecycle of contractors and vendors, including sourcing, procurement, contract award and quality inspections
• Process purchase requests, invoices and purchase orders accurately through JDE and Coupa
• Run regular safety audits and spot checks
• Lead office launches, moves and space planning, applying agile workspace strategies
• Monitor space occupancy and headcount
• Build and run team development and succession plans

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or a related field
• 6-10 years of facilities management experience; commercial or data centre environments preferred
• Team of more than 10 direct and/or indirect reports
• Site or portfolio of at least 100,000 sq ft of office space
• Budget management of around SGD 500,000
• Health, safety and risk management, incident reporting and escalation
• Stakeholder management with clients and internal teams at all levels

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with JDE and Coupa, move management, agile workspace and business continuity planning
• Facilities management certification (IFMA, FMP or equivalent)
• Global or matrixed organisation experience, preferably in Singapore
