Site Manager (Building Project)

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations on a building project in Pasir Ris. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution, coordinating all on‑site activities, and delivering the project to schedule, quality, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily site operations to keep the project on track.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for all construction activities.
• Oversee delivery, installation, and integration of PPVC modules with in‑situ works.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and proactively resolve site challenges.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and enforce quality requirements.
• Implement workplace safety practices in line with Ministry of Manpower regulations.
• Ensure adherence to Building and Construction Authority guidelines.
• Manage site resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Experience with PPVC projects is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Singapore construction regulations and site practices.
• Demonstrated coordination, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.

• PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) module handling
