Site Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Site Operations Supervisor to lead our water services teams across Singapore. You will oversee site surveys, coordinate pipe‑laying and urgent repair activities, and ensure strict adherence to safety and job‑plan requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑work site surveys and confirm start dates.
• Lead multiple site teams in pipe laying, urgent repairs, and related water‑service tasks.
• Handle minor public‑relations matters such as serving notices and responding to complaints.
• Ensure compliance with job documents and safety regulations.
• Identify performance gaps, arrange training, and plan career progression for team members.
• Champion safe work practices and enforce safety rules without prejudice.
• Collaborate with the Project Team to schedule work, allocate manpower and machinery, and optimise resource deployment.
• Analyse performance issues, recommend efficiency improvements, and help reduce costs.

Required profile

• Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site operations, preferably in water services or civil‑engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of site‑work processes, including pipe laying and urgent repairs.
• Good understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance on site.
• Ability to conduct site surveys and manage scheduling in collaboration with the project team.
