Site Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Site Operations Supervisor to support our Site Operation Manager in overseeing daily cleaning and maintenance activities across our facilities in Singapore. The role involves hands‑on leadership, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of cleaning and maintenance staff.
• Lead teams in tasks such as toilet cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, jetting, scraping, and mirror washing.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and monitor compliance with safety procedures.
• Perform routine checks on equipment, carry out minor repairs, and report major issues to the Operation Manager.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and requests.
• Be reachable by mobile phone at all times, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Diploma holder preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant experience in supervisory or cleaning‑service roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic machinery maintenance.
• Ability to use a mobile phone for continuous communication.
