Site Reliability Engineer (L2 Support)

About the role

The company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to provide L2 production support. You will be responsible for hands‑on troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident handling in a high‑availability environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform L2 operations including real‑time incident detection, analysis and resolution.
• Monitor systems using Dynatrace and Splunk and create actionable alerts.
• Investigate and optimise SQL queries and database performance.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks through scripting.
• Support onboarding and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Production Support, Site Reliability Engineering or BizOps.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Linux system administration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and manage incidents.
