Site Strategic Program Engineer (F10 SPM PMO)

About the role

As a member of the Site Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO), you will drive the planning, execution and delivery of key initiatives that enhance infrastructure, technology competitiveness, manufacturing efficiency and sustainability at Fab10. You will work closely with the Site Director, SPMO Director and cross‑functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable projects.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Fab10 in the assigned category and collaborate with the Frontend Operations network.
• Ensure site‑centric projects are communicated through the SPMO platform and that valuable network activities are implemented.
• Lead programs and projects to meet schedule, cost and scope targets.
• Plan and record timelines, milestones and achievements using appropriate tools.
• Provide regular performance updates to functional groups and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
• Manage changes to scope, plans, business rules, policies and procedures.
• Identify project risks with project teams and evaluate mitigation solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Science or Finance.
• Experience in Frontend or Backend Operations, Business Analysis, Management, Finance or Program & Project Management is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with multiple groups.
• Proven project and time‑management skills with the ability to set priorities.
• Expertise in one or more areas such as Fab, Facilities, Procurement or Finance.
• Capability to conduct risk‑and‑reward analysis for projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
