Site Superintendent (Architectural)

About the role

The Site Superintendent (Architectural) supports the Project Manager in overseeing architectural and fit‑out works on construction sites. The role ensures that all activities meet the project specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Ensure all inspection activities follow the inspection & test plan for architectural works.
• Review construction programmes and method statements related to architectural trades.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling, daily man‑hour reporting, and resolution of site issues.
• Check drawings for discrepancies, raise RFIs as needed, and liaise with architectural coordinators/consultants.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in building or civil engineering projects.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and details.
• Completed at least one full building project.
• Ability to identify potential schedule impacts and propose corrective actions.
• Strong decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.
