About the role
The Site Supervisor (BSC) will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring that subcontractors deliver work on schedule and to the required standards. This role is pivotal in maintaining quality, safety, and compliance on building projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise subcontractors to meet the scheduled timeline.
- Ensure subcontractors execute work according to industrial standards and contract specifications.
- Assist in identifying and rectifying project defects.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Minimum a Certificate in Building Supervision or a related discipline.
- Experience in HDB BSC operations is an advantage.
