Site Supervisor – Building Projects

About the role

The Site Supervisor will work closely with the Site Engineer to oversee building construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing resources, and maintaining a clean and secure site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications before distributing information to subcontractors and workers.
• Liaise with subcontractors on work methods, sequencing, and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and enforce safety provisions on the site.
• Assist in daily manpower and resource scheduling, record man‑hours, and address site issues promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to keep the project on schedule.
• Supervise subcontractor work to guarantee adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in building construction.
• Completed at least one building project.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and details.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and manage site logistics.
