Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. You will coordinate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and on‑site teams to drive seamless execution of the construction plan.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, monitor progress, and resolve on‑site issues to meet project milestones.
• Inspect work against drawings, specifications, and quality standards, documenting findings and corrective actions.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and investigate incidents.
• Manage delivery, inventory, and usage of construction materials and equipment, ensuring alignment with budgets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between site staff, project managers, and clients, providing regular status updates.
• Lead, motivate, and train on‑site workers, fostering a collaborative and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience supervising construction sites with a proven track record of project delivery.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and communication abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Operation and familiarity with construction equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality management.
• Site supervision and material/resource management.
