Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate construction activities across our projects in Singapore. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure that all contracted works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and schedules.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor progress and resolve any site issues promptly.
• Enforce safety regulations for all workers, subcontractors and visitors on site.
• Manage subcontractors, material deliveries and on‑site documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or roofing.
• Hold a Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BSCC) certificate.
• Hold a Lifting Supervisor certificate.
• Fluent in English; ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
• Strong ability to liaise with customers and main contractors.
