Site Supervisor – Viaduct & Bridge Experience

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee civil and architectural works on infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with authority and agency standards. This role involves direct supervision of both permanent and temporary works, coordination with contractors and agencies, and support for the Project Monitoring Control Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect all construction activities to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage civil, architectural, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, commuter facilities, road works, trial trenches and utility diversions.
• Coordinate with contractors, agencies and site partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements on‑site and off‑site.
• Direct lifting operations for precast concrete installation.
• Inspect and assist with issuance of E‑Token for soil disposal.
• Review and enforce safety, environmental and health standards.
• Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation.
• Verify quantities of work completed for progress payments.
• Support the operation of the Project Monitoring Control Centre (PMCC).

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS).
• At least 3 years of experience in road works, LTA projects, tunnels, viaducts, flyovers or bridges.
• Site/work safety certifications and prior contractor site experience are advantageous.
