SmartRecruiters Consultant – Recruitment Systems Implementation

About the role

ABeam Consulting is seeking a SmartRecruiters Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of the SmartRecruiters platform for our clients in Singapore and the broader region. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate recruitment requirements into effective system solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation and configuration of SmartRecruiters.
• Gather recruitment requirements and design requisition workflows, hiring processes, approval flows, interview stages, and candidate lifecycle management.
• Support integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, background‑check vendors, job boards and other systems.
• Provide data migration assistance, reporting setup, and dashboard configuration.
• Assist with UAT, defect resolution, go‑live activities and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Offer functional advisory and best‑practice guidance to HR and business teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience implementing and configuring SmartRecruiters.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Experience with system integrations and collaboration with technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Prior experience with global or regional stakeholders is preferred.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or other HR systems is a plus.
