Social Art Director

About the role

We are seeking a Social Art Director who lives and breathes the internet. You will translate bold ideas into native‑first content that captures attention on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts, helping brands become part of culture rather than interrupt it.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and produce content optimized for Instagram (Feed, Reels, Stories), TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and, optionally, Xiaohongshu and LinkedIn.
• Generate bold, social‑first ideas that drive genuine engagement.
• Bring campaigns and always‑on content to life across static, motion and video formats.
• Support influencer and creator partnerships by developing briefs, reviewing creator assets and ensuring brand consistency.
• Design compelling decks, storyboards and mockups that sell concepts.
• Shoot, edit and craft scroll‑stopping social content.
• Stay on top of trends, creators and internet culture.
• Collaborate with writers, strategists, creators and clients to deliver great work.
• Maintain attention to detail while keeping sight of the big idea.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in a creative, digital or social agency.
• A portfolio showcasing smart ideas and strong visual craftsmanship.
• Excellent design sensibility across layout, typography and composition.
• Deep understanding of how content behaves on each major social platform.
• Motion‑design ability to produce quick animations or prototypes.
• Confidence in shooting and editing social‑media content.
• An eye for photography, lighting and storytelling.
• Curiosity and good taste to instinctively know what’s worth posting.
