Social Media Analytics Executive (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Social Media Analytics Executive to join our agency’s Social Media team. You will work closely with the creative and content departments, turning data into actionable insights that drive effective paid‑social campaigns and overall digital performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content operations and quality‑checking processes to ensure error‑free execution.
• Monitor and analyse always‑on and campaign performance against client benchmarks.
• Create reports and presentations that highlight observations, insights and recommendations.
• Maintain a broad understanding of reporting metrics and adhere to performance reporting standards.
• Configure and use social media analytics tools to generate regular BAU reports for clients.
• Support stakeholder communication, ensuring clear and timely updates.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital and social platforms, formats and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong writing ability and comfort collaborating with creatives and clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset, willing to share ideas and contribute to discussions.
• Ability to understand client business context and translate it into effective solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media analytics tools and dashboards.
• Experience creating data‑driven reports and presentations.
• Solid understanding of digital and social platforms, paid social formats, and ecosystem dynamics.
