Social Media Executive

About the role

The Social Media Executive supports day‑to‑day execution, coordination and delivery of social media work across client accounts. You will ensure timelines, processes and content are delivered effectively while gaining a solid understanding of strategy, business and creative requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and review plans to ensure work is delivered on time and to standards.
• Plan, coordinate and publish social media content quickly, working with project managers on resourcing.
• Secure appropriate clearances and rights for all brand assets.
• Source information for project requirements and manage asset delivery.
• Understand basic scoping, resource mapping and budgeting for social projects.
• Implement work processes for smooth execution of costed scopes.
• Conceptualise strategic content angles and produce performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative teams, providing feedback on copy and assets.
• Maintain regular client communication and manage internal/external communications.
• Manage relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders.
