Social Media Executive

About the role

Join an award‑winning storytelling collective in Singapore, where you’ll dive deep into social media and content marketing strategy, viral tactics and digital PR while gaining hands‑on experience across creative production such as copywriting, graphic design, illustration, GIF/meme creation, photography and video.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison with clients, handling project deliverables, monthly social media briefs and ad‑hoc requests while building strong relationships.
• Interpret client briefs, conduct research and data mining, and design social media activations, campaigns and editorial calendars that meet business objectives.
• Manage content assets, maintain monthly editorial calendars and oversee publishing schedules.
• Plan, execute and optimise social media advertising to amplify campaigns, monitor performance and report results.
• Analyse social media metrics, extract insights and translate learnings into best‑practice recommendations.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a keen eye for compelling stories across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Lifelong learner who stays updated on trends and buzzwords.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats, troubleshooting and delivering high‑quality content in a lean team environment.
• Strong understanding of the digital and social media landscape.
