Social Media Manager

About the role

Boom Media is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to join its hybrid team in Singapore. You will shape and execute social media strategies that boost engagement and expand brand awareness for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise social media accounts across multiple client brands.
• Create audience‑focused, on‑brand content that aligns with each client’s voice.
• Monitor emerging social trends and identify opportunities for timely activation.
• Analyse performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure consistent messaging and high‑quality output.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to align on goals and campaign strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO).
• Strong written communication skills and ability to craft compelling copy.
• Demonstrated success developing content strategies and executing campaigns.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for new social media trends.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with analytics tools for tracking and reporting performance.
