Software Engineer – Agile Product Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join an Agile, cross‑functional product delivery team. You will design, develop, test, and maintain mission‑critical digital solutions, delivering functional and scalable features from the product backlog.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy secure, scalable software features based on sprint priorities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with QA, designers, DevOps, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure technical and user requirements are met.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, implementation tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Build front‑end applications, back‑end services, APIs, and software modules using the approved technology stack.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to support CI pipelines and quality gates.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipeline templates, applying DevSecOps, IaC, and secure coding practices.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and post‑deployment issues promptly.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, benchmarking, and quality assurance activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1‑3 years of software development experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong fundamentals, internships or relevant projects are also considered.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on assigned modules and coordinate small tasks or workstreams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in TypeScript and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Next.js.
• Experience with C# and/or Java.
• Knowledge of building and consuming APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong unit and integration testing skills.
