Software Engineer – Java & Spring Development

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join a dynamic, innovative team. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable software solutions, primarily using Java and modern Spring technologies. This role offers the chance to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across functions to deliver robust products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code following detailed technical specifications.
• Design and draft comprehensive technical specifications for development tasks.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and peer code reviews to ensure software quality.
• Support system integration testing, release planning, and deployment activities.
• Maintain detailed documentation and assist with data/application migration when needed.
• Translate business and user requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on software development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
