Solutions Program Manager

About the role

HP is hiring a Solutions Program Manager in Singapore to work closely with the Product Program Manager on delivering a complete product that integrates with hardware as a full product launch. The role covers the solution and ecosystem, defines product features with Marketing, manages integration with design, development and test partners, and runs checkpoints, risk management and change requests.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Product Program Manager to deliver a complete product focused on solution and ecosystem, working with hardware as a complete product launch.
• Understand the experience and solution roadmap across printer products, identify where experience drives hardware requirements and define validation plans.
• Define product solutions and features with Marketing teams and define the product MVP based on hardware needs.
• Groom new or improved features, understand their flows and dependencies, and develop an integration plan with design, development and test partners.
• Manage integration delivery with the Technical Project Manager and Program Manager, balancing agile and waterfall schedules so hardware and solution reach product launch.
• Drive solution checkpoint preparation and presentation, follow-ups, risk management with the Technical Program Manager and test teams, and manage change requests and guide requestors on the PIR.
• Coach and guide team members.

Required profile

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience and demonstrated competence.
• Typically 6-10 years of experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management or a related field.
