Merchandiser – South Asia

About the role

Louis Vuitton Singapore is seeking a Merchandiser to lead the Women’s Leathergoods category across South Asia. You will be responsible for creating commercially balanced assortments, analysing sales data, and driving growth while aligning with brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the category manager and act as the zone representative for South Asia.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and sell‑through reports; conduct ad‑hoc analysis to identify opportunities.
• Attend four buying sessions per year and manage in‑season assortment adjustments based on performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Retail, Digital, Visual Merchandising, Learning & Development, and Supply Chain to achieve 360° category objectives.
• Provide market and competitor insights to central teams and support special events and activations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with a commercial mindset.
• Proven ability to translate data insights into actionable business plans.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
