About the role
Coupang is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to lead pricing and retail analytics initiatives. You will own end‑to‑end projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and influence product and operational decisions through data‑driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain decision‑making systems for pricing strategies.
- Analyze data to identify trends, improve pricing/promotion reports, and drive business insights.
- Lead end‑to‑end projects across pricing, retail, and promotions, ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in business analytics with a degree in a quantitative field.
- Expert‑level proficiency in SQL and strong knowledge of statistical analysis and algorithm design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, document processes clearly, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
