About the role

Coupang is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to lead pricing and retail analytics initiatives. You will own end‑to‑end projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and influence product and operational decisions through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain decision‑making systems for pricing strategies.
Analyze data to identify trends, improve pricing/promotion reports, and drive business insights.
Lead end‑to‑end projects across pricing, retail, and promotions, ensuring high‑quality, timely delivery.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

8+ years of experience in business analytics with a degree in a quantitative field.
Expert‑level proficiency in SQL and strong knowledge of statistical analysis and algorithm design.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, document processes clearly, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
