Staff Marketing Scientist

About the role

Snap is seeking a Staff Marketing Scientist to join its Measurement Team in Singapore. The role supports regional sales leadership and advertisers across Australia and India, driving measurement strategy and performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own measurement strategy, operations, goals and learning plans for key partners and large customer verticals.
• Drive performance improvement through experimental design, causal analytics and ad‑efficacy solution prototyping.
• Partner with Sales leadership in Australia and India to evaluate and improve Snap’s ad products using measurement frameworks.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, market‑level meta‑analyses and develop playbooks grounded in scientific analysis.
• Build measurement fluency across the team, Sales and cross‑functional partners and serve as trusted consultant for strategic advertisers.

Required profile

• 10+ years of advanced analytics and measurement experience in technology, media, consulting or research.
• Deep understanding of measurement concepts, statistical fundamentals and the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Proven ability to communicate complex martech concepts to executive audiences.
• Experience working with top advertisers across brand and direct‑response verticals.
