Startup Account Manager – ASEAN Startups

About the role

As a Startup Account Manager for ASEAN startups, you will help early‑stage and growth‑stage companies succeed on the AWS platform. You will partner with founders, C‑level executives and investors to drive adoption of AWS services and achieve revenue targets across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer success for early and mid‑stage startups across ASEAN.
• Drive revenue and market share in the assigned territory.
• Accelerate customer adoption through well‑structured sales engagements and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and quota targets.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive account and territory plan.
• Create compelling value propositions around AWS services.
• Engage founders, C‑suite, board members and VC influencers to expand usage.
• Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
• Build long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts.
• Travel moderately as needed.

Required profile

• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Deep knowledge of the startup ecosystem in ASEAN.
• Passion for and familiarity with AI/ML technologies.
• Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
