Key responsibilities
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise daily business operations.
- Hire, train, motivate and coach employees to deliver attentive and efficient customer service.
- Assess employee performance, provide feedback and identify training opportunities.
- Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and staff.
- Monitor store activity, ensure proper provisioning and staffing.
- Analyze processes and develop more effective strategies.
- Establish and achieve business and profit objectives.
- Maintain a clean, tidy environment with attractive signage and displays.
- Generate reports and present information to senior management.
- Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
