Store Supervisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

Join the Singapore boutique of APM Monaco and lead a high‑end retail environment. You will engage clients with exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and help strengthen the APM brand in‑store.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store‑in‑Charge with sales and operational management, including KPI analysis and rostering.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store operations independently.
• Motivate and guide Senior Sales Associates (SA) and Senior Assistant Associates (SAA).
• Manage CRM activities and ensure outstanding sales performance.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a premium customer experience.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and effective CRM use.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, approachable, and customer‑service focused.
• Immediate availability preferred.
