Store Supervisor – Luxury Retail

About the role
APM Monaco is seeking a passionate Store Supervisor to lead its Singapore boutique. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with in‑store clients.
Key responsibilities
- Engage clients with personalized service to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Support the Store‑in‑Charge with KPI analysis, rostering, visual merchandising and CRM management.
- Motivate and guide Senior Sales Associates and Sales Assistants to achieve targets.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure visual standards are consistently met.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of outstanding sales performance and customer relationship management.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Team‑player with a proactive, customer‑service mindset.
