Store Team Lead – Retail Management

About the role

The Store Team Lead at Crocs, Inc. is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving daily sales in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will oversee opening and closing procedures, educate team members on products and promotions, and ensure the store meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize store tasks to meet daily deadlines.
• Assist across departments – consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stockroom management.
• Support team members with POS system usage, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, and loyalty program promotion.
• Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal KPIs through sales‑driven techniques.
• Adhere to asset protection policies, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• At least an A Level/Diploma (preferred).
• 3–4 years of retail experience, preferably with prior store leadership roles.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible availability for rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with team members, managers, and corporate partners.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence with email communication tools.
• Experience operating a retail Point of Sale (POS) system.
