About the role
As a Stowage Planner in Maersk's Ocean Global Stowage Planning team, you will design safe and efficient cargo stowage plans that optimise vessel utilisation and support global trade.
Key responsibilities
- Design seaworthy stowage layouts, ensuring dangerous goods segregation, balanced weight distribution and compliance with stability and safety criteria.
- Collaborate with terminals, ship commands, regional operations and other stakeholders to follow the stowage process around the clock.
Required profile
- Approximately 3 years of experience in stowage planning, terminal planning, container shipping operations, seafaring or naval architecture/engineering.
- Self‑driven, adaptable and able to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
