Strategic Account Manager, FMCG (eCommerce)

About the role

Join TikTok’s fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) team in Singapore as a Strategic Account Manager. You will drive growth for merchants on the platform, acquire new sellers, and ensure a top‑notch experience for both buyers and sellers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of category account managers and related operations.
• Assist the category leader in defining and executing business‑development opportunities and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with content creators and influencers to boost gross merchandise value (GMV) uplift.
• Conduct category data analysis, gap analysis, and develop actionable solutions.
• Lead special projects aimed at improving the experience for sellers and buyers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 + years of experience in e‑commerce, preferably as an Account Manager.
• Background in business development, account management, content creation, or social‑media marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑facing orientation.
• Deep understanding of the health/food market, trends, and creator ecosystem in Singapore.
