Strategic Account Manager – Hospitality & Premium Restaurants

About the role

Cellarmaster Wines is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to deepen relationships with Singapore’s top hospitality and premium restaurant groups. You will drive wine portfolio growth, support customers’ wine programmes and create commercial value in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with hotel groups, Michelin‑starred restaurants and premium dining concepts.
• Manage wine listings, tenders and portfolio development opportunities.
• Collaborate with owners, procurement teams, F&B Directors, Beverage Managers and sommeliers.
• Identify opportunities that enhance customer wine programmes and improve business performance.
• Deliver training, support and tailored commercial solutions.
• Drive profitable and sustainable growth for the company.

Required profile

• Strong commercial instincts and business acumen.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships.
• Professional discipline, accountability and strategic thinking.
• Cultural awareness of Chinese and European dining segments.
• Excellent communication skills, with Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Required skills

• Mandarin (preferred for Chinese restaurant segment).
