Strategic Account Manager – Lifestyle & Home (TikTok Shop)

About the role

Join TikTok’s Lifestyle team in Singapore as a Strategic Account Manager, driving growth for Home & Living sellers on TikTok Shop. You will partner with key merchants, help them scale through content‑led commerce, and ensure a superior buyer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Lifestyle Home & Living sellers, supporting their performance and long‑term success on TikTok Shop.
• Execute category growth initiatives such as seller segmentation, assortment optimization, and campaign participation.
• Collaborate with sellers to enhance TikTok Shop operations via content creation, livestreaming, promotions, and creator partnerships.
• Analyze performance data and market trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support onboarding, incubation, and scaling of high‑potential sellers within the category.
• Work cross‑functionally with internal teams (content, marketing, creator, operations) to ensure effective execution.
• Track key metrics and continuously optimize seller performance and buyer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the Lifestyle industry, with deep knowledge of product categories, market structure, trends, and consumer behavior in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
• Strong industry network across brands, distributors, retailers, creators, and community stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate industry knowledge into business impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
