Student Care Teacher – Chinese & Maths (Punggol)

About the role

The Student Care Teacher will lead after‑school classes for primary students (Primary 1 to 6) in Chinese language and Mathematics at our Punggol centre. You will support children in completing homework, reinforce learning, and create a safe, engaging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the centre’s curriculum and teaching framework for Chinese and Maths.
• Guide students through daily homework and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate records of each child’s development and tailor support as needed.
• Prepare teaching resources, organise the classroom, and ensure a tidy learning space.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Deliver franchise‑specific enrichment programmes.
• Ensure safe transfer of students from school to the centre and overall safety on‑site.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Centre Director.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience with primary school students.
• Ability to teach both Chinese language and Mathematics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in teaching Chinese language.
• Proficiency in teaching Mathematics.
