SuccessFactors Solution Architect (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead the design of a scalable, future‑ready HR landscape for a global enterprise. This 12‑month contract is highly renewable and focuses on consolidating SuccessFactors instances, digitising HR processes and enabling AI‑driven capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end HR solutions across SuccessFactors and legacy systems.
• Develop global HR architecture and consolidation strategies.
• Architect HR process digitisation and automation.
• Drive HR data governance and AI enablement (Joule, Talent Hub).
• Lead system integrations using SAP CPI/BTP.
• Align architecture with business outcomes and KPIs.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and governance.

Required profile

• 10+ years in HR technology with deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect on global HR transformation projects.
• Experience with multi‑instance SuccessFactors and HR process automation.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications (EC, Architect, Integration).
• Knowledge of SAP CPI, middleware, and HR data architecture.
• Background in regulated industries, M&A or multi‑entity projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
