Talent Acquisition Associate – High‑Volume Hiring

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Associate / Specialist at Maersk Contract Logistics, you will drive high‑volume hiring for frontline, blue‑collar positions in a fast‑paced logistics environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers and People Partners to translate manpower plans into effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to develop hiring strategies and timelines.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume, blue‑collar roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, agencies, walk‑ins, and community outreach.
• Conduct initial screenings, assessing physical requirements, shift flexibility, and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Prepare offer letters, manage pre‑employment documentation, and track onboarding progress.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and compliance with governance processes.
• Provide recruitment reporting, insights, and drive continuous improvement using LEAN practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably high‑volume or blue‑collar hiring in Singapore.
• Experience in logistics or warehousing environments is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, resilient and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with recruitment systems.
