Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Corporate Functions (12‑month contract)

About the role

ByteDance is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support its Corporate Functions team in Singapore on a 12‑month contract. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to source high‑quality candidates and ensure a smooth interview experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches across all levels.
• Own interview scheduling and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the interview process.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Champion a great candidate experience and promote the employer brand.

Required profile

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly at all organisational levels.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of sourcing experience in a high‑volume environment, either in‑house or via a search firm.
