Supervisor (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supervisor on a contract basis to lead and support our team at Viva Corp Services. The role involves setting performance goals, overseeing daily workflow, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Set performance goals and deadlines in line with company plans and communicate them to subordinates.
• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Receive complaints and resolve problems.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Pass on information between upper management and employees.
• Prepare and submit performance reports.
• Decide on rewards and promotions based on performance.
• Hire and train new employees.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies, undertaking disciplinary actions when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor or in a relevant role.
• Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field.
• Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
