Talent Acquisition Intern – Retail

About the role

Join the Retail Talent Acquisition team and support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Al‑Futtaim’s retail brands. This internship offers hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in posting job ads on job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Source and identify potential candidates through online platforms, talent databases, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support recruitment events such as career fairs, assessment centres, open days, campus hiring, and mass hiring initiatives.
• Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and market insights as required.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous internship or experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, retail, or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
