About the role

The company D'LILAC is seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead teams across its island‑wide operations in Singapore. This middle‑management position involves setting objectives, organising workflow and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Oversee and coach employees to achieve performance targets.
Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Problem‑solving capability.
Willingness to work longer hours, stand for prolonged periods, and work weekends/public holidays.
